We began our shoot by highlighting the heart and charm of Sierra Lakes. From children’s golf lessons to tee times, the golf store, fine dining, and tournament play, we captured the vibrant life of this Inland Empire golf course.

As the sky softened, we transitioned into a Quinceañera portrait session. Our celebrant wore a breathtaking midnight-blue gown that shimmered beautifully against the lush greens and mountains. Her hair and makeup perfectly complemented the elegance of the evening.

The golden hour was on our side, blessing us with a sunset that truly looked like purple mountain majesties and cotton candy skies. For any Southern California wedding photographer, this type of natural light is a dream backdrop.

Fall Boho Styled Wedding Shoot in Fontana

Then evening was dedicated to showcasing Sierra Lakes Golf Club as a wedding venue. With expert coordination by Kingdom Weddings & Events (@kingdomweddingsevents), every detail of a Fall boho vision with the colors of blues, and warm oranges and burgundies, came together seamlessly. Rustic wood tables and elegant chairs from Pulling Up A Chair Event Rentals (@pullupachaireventrentals) were paired with lush floral centerpieces and bouquets designed by Tommy A. Florist (@tommyaflorist). Together, the design highlighted the charm of Southern California wedding décor trends—romantic, timeless, and elegant.

Our team photographed and filmed beautiful bride models, groomsmen, bridesmaids, and a sweet flower girl who brought the styled shoot to life. With the help of My Style by Myline (@my_style_by_myline), hair and makeup perfectly complemented the elegance of the evening. We scouted the grounds for the most picturesque wedding photo spots, cruising through the course in golf carts and capturing everything from romantic couple portraits to playful group shots.

We even staged a mock wedding ceremony overlooking the scenic course, with staff members joining in as guests to celebrate the “newlyweds.” The cake, crafted by Rachy Kakes by Rachel (@rachy_kakes), provided the sweetest finishing touch to the reception scene.

The day ended with a romantic first dance inside the Sierra Lakes ballroom, a space that highlights the versatility of the venue for all types of celebrations. A Blooming Romance

Nestled in the heart of Claremont, the California Botanic Garden offered a picturesque backdrop for Allie and Matt’s wedding, blending natural beauty with heartfelt elegance. Their special day was nothing short of magical, reflecting their love story through every detail.

As guests arrived at the California Botanic Gardens, they were greeted by a vibrant display of blooms that set the tone for the day. The garden’s lush forest greenery and vibrant wildflowers created a serene and romantic atmosphere, amazing for photo opps, making it the perfect canvas for Allie and Matt’s celebration.

A Meaningful Ceremony

The ceremony took place amidst a stunning collection of flowering plants and towering trees. Allie walked down the aisle in a breathtaking gown, her smile glowing as brightly as the sunshine filtering through the foliage. Matt looked dashing in a classic grey suit, his eyes never leaving his bride as she approached.

From the officiant, who guided the formalities with comic relief, inside jokes, and lightheartedness, to the exchange of vows, Allie and Matt’s ceremony was so genuine and “so them”, that guests drew tears of joy and laughter all throughout the ceremony. The natural setting only enhanced the intimacy of the moment, creating a truly unforgettable experience for all.

Reception Bliss

Following the ceremony, the area was transformed into a charming reception that seamlessly blended with the garden’s natural splendor. Tables were elegantly set with delicate floral centerpieces, vases DIY’d with wine corks highlighted Matt’s background in the wine industry, and string lights twinkled overhead, casting a warm and inviting glow.

Allie and Matt’s first dance was a highlight of the evening, showcasing their dance moves in a smoky and vintage Hollywood atmosphere to Frank Sinatras’ “Strangers in the Night.”

As the night progressed, guests got down to nostalgic 90’s hip hop and r&b fan favorites!
